Strategic Foresight invites applications for the post of Project Coordinator.
The job involves multiple tasking including communication with offices of
senior leaders of governments in different parts of the world, organising
conferences and seminars, enhancing SFG profile on web-based media, and
supporting the President and Executive Director of SFG in various functions.
The job does not and will not in future involve any research functions.
The Project Coordinator will work closely with Executive Director of SFG,
under the overall direction of SFG President.
The candidate must have a Master's degree in any subject and at least 2
years full-time work experience in NGOs, media, or similar organisations.
Internships and consultancies will not be counted as work experience. While
the candidate may have a degree from any university in any subject, there
will be strong preference for those with international exposure. In
exceptional cases, where a candidate has relevant professional experience, a
Bachelor's degree from a good overseas university will be considered instead
of a Master's.
The candidates will be evaluated for their communication skills, command on
English and awareness of international affairs and global issues.
The candidates will need to appear for at least 4 interviews in person. SFG
does not interview candidates by phone or video, as a policy. However, in
case of outstation candidates visiting Mumbai for the interview, 4
interviews can be arranged over a working week to minimise travel time.
