Months after its publication, the 3B’s coined by the report; the “business, bike and bullock-cart” economies of India became the buzzwords for a vibrant discourse on the Indian economy. The classification is based on consumption patterns and development indicators. Three scenarios were also put forward: Breakdown, Break-up and Breakthrough.
