Study: not for the conflict and sanctions have been to Iraq, local income 28 times more than the current income

كشفت دراسة جديدة نشرت امس، ان النزاع في الشرق الاوسط تسبب في خسارة الدول المتأثرة به مبلغ ١٢ تريليون دولار خلال العقدين الماضيين.
A new study published yesterday that the conflict in the Middle East resulted in the loss of the States affected by the amount of 12 trillion dollars over the past two decades.

وتبنت العديد من الدول التي عملت وسيطة للسلام في المنطقة، ومن بينها النرويج وسيويسرا، تلك الدراسة التي اعتبرت اول محاولة لتحديد الاثر المالي للنزاعات.

وكشفت الدراسة التي اجرتها مجموعة {ستراتيجيك فورسايت غروب} عن كلفة باهظة على كل الاطراف منذ 1991 بسبب الدمار الذي احدثه النزاع الاسرائيلي الفلسطيني والنزاع في لبنان والغزو الاميركي للعراق.
A study conducted by the Strategic Foresight Group () Group for the cost prohibitive to all parties since 1991 because of the devastation of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the conflict in Lebanon and the US-led invasion of Iraq.

لكنها اكدت الامكانات التي ينطوي عليها التوصل الى سلام شامل بالنسبة لدول وشعوب المنطقة، ومثل هذا السلام سيطلق عجلة النمو من دول حوض البحر المتوسط وحتى الخليج.
But confirmed the potential of reaching a comprehensive peace for the peoples of the region, and such growth will be the peace of the Mediterranean basin countries and even the Gulf.

وقال صنديب واسليكار الذي ترأس مع مجموعة خبراء من المناطق المعنية، ان دخل الفرد الاسرائيلي او الفلسطيني هو نصف الدخل الذي كان يمكن ان يحصل عليه لو تم التوصل الى السلام في مؤتمر مدريد عام 1991.
He said Sndeb and Acelikar who chaired the group of experts from the areas concerned, the per capita income is Israeli or Palestinian, who was half their income can happen if it were a peace conference in Madrid in 1991.

واضاف انه بالنسبة للعراقيين فقد انخفض دخل الفرد الى الثلث في الفترة نفسها، وفي حال تحقيق السلام سيزداد دخل الاسرة الاسرائيلية في المعدل حوالي 4429 دولارا في العام في 2010 حتى لو دفعت اسرائيل تعويضات للاجئين الفلسطينيين ونقلت اكثر من 150 الف مستوطن من الضفة الغربية الى اسرائىل تعويضا للاجئين الفلسطينيين، على ما ذكرت الدراسة.
He said that for Iraqis, the per capita income has dropped to third in the same period, and, if it will achieve peace in the Israeli family income rate of about 4429 dollars a year in 2010 even if Israel paid compensation to Palestinian refugees and more than 150 thousand settlers from the West Bank to Israel as compensation of the Palestinian refugees, the study said.

اما الدخل في الاراضي الفلسطينية فإنه سيزداد باكثر من الضعف..

واشارت الدراسة الى ان الجانبين الفلسطيني والاسرائيلي سيحققان مكاسب متساوية.
The study pointed out that the Palestinian and Israeli sides will achieve the same gains.

وفي معرض كشفه عن التقرير في مكاتب الامم المتحدة في جنيف، قال واسليكار ان الخيار هو بشكل اساسي بين {الدمار} والتوصل الى اتفاق سلام.

He stressed that the income of the neighboring countries of Israel and the Palestinian territories could also be increased, noting that the income of the family in Jordan, which includes hundreds of thousands of Palestinian refugees could rise by U.S. $ 1250.

واكدت الدراسة كذلك الكلفة الهائلة للغزو الاميركي للعراق وما تلاه، ولولا النزاع والعقوبات لكان الدخل المحلي للعراق اكثر بــ 28 مرة (2،2 تريليون دولار).
