Global Peace Index
The Global Peace Index is a study that ranks 121 nations of the world on the basis of their peacefulness and identifies some of the drivers behind peace. The website, Vision of Humanity, contains a section on institutions that need help to fund peace-related initiatives and will soon contain a study on linkages between peace and sustainability.

The Asia-Europe Foundation
The Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) was established in February 1997 under the framework of the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) process. ASEF seeks to promote mutual understanding, deeper engagement and continuing collaboration among the people of Asia and Europe through greater intellectual, cultural, and people-to-people exchanges between the two regions.

Association for Communal Harmony in Asia
Association for Communal Harmony in Asia (ACHA) (www.asiapeace.org & www.indiapakistanpeace.org) is a U.S.-based, non-profit organization, which is dedicated to promoting peace in South Asia and harmony among South Asians everywhere. Asiapeace and Kashmir Solutions Forum are its two electronic discussion forums, and ACHA Peace Bulletin and Peace and Harmony Stories from South Asia are its two periodic electronic publications. The Centre for Poverty Analysis is a professional service provider promoting a better understanding of poverty related issues in Sri Lanka. CEPA offers advisory and training services, based on applied empirical research to organisations and professionals working towards poverty reduction.

International Strategic Research Organisation (ISRO)
International Strategic Research Organisation (ISRO) is one of Turkey's and the world's leading organizations for the analysis of global issues. The ISRO is a non-profit and non-governmental (NGO) research organization. It serves as one of the focal points for research in Turkey by convening seminars, conferences, hosting visiting scholars, publishing books, papers and journals, organizing an extensive program of research programs and projects.

School of International Studies, Renmin University of China, is a higher education institution that was founded early in China to specify on teaching and researching the international issues, China’s foreign relations and Chinese Politics.
The International Centre for Political Violence and Terrorism Research
The IDSS International Centre for Political Violence and Terrorism Research works at the cutting edge of terrorism research. The centre focuses on the Asia-Pacific region with special emphasis on South East Asia and engages in three primary functions:
- Manage an integrated database of terrorist, guerrilla, militia, extremist, and other organizations of security interest.
- Provide world-class education and training for serving and future leaders in counter-terrorism.
- Acquire and analyse terrorist literature and instruction seeking to politicise, radicalise and mobilise the public into supporting and participating in their campaigns. Advise and assist governmental and non-governmental organizations in formulating effective responses to terrorist indoctrination.

US-Japan-China Comparative Policy Research Institute (CPRI)
US-Japan-China Comparative Policy Research Institute (CPRI), an independent think tank focusing on comparative social, economic, political, and industrial policy issues concerning the US-Japan-China interactions. CPRI is the only think tank in the world to independently, specifically and comprehensively review, analyze, and serve the dynamic tripod interactions undergoing among the U.S., Japan and China. Meanwhile, objectively introducing some less noticed yet important issues of one language to other languages is another critical task of CPRI.

Australian Institute of International Affairs
The AIIA is an independent, non-profit organisation seeking to promote interest in and understanding of international affairs in Australia. It provides a forum for discussion and debate, but does not seek to formulate or promote its own institutional views. The Institute arranges programs of lectures, seminars, conferences and other discussions, and sponsors research and publications. It was established in 1933 and is the only nation-wide organisation of its kind in Australia.

The Australian Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies (ACPACS) is a centre of research and practice excellence in the areas of conflict analysis, prevention and management, alternative dispute resolution, peace building and development and post-conflict reconstruction.
