1. Hon. Dr. Anek Laothamatas, Thailand
   Member of Parliament and Deputy leader of Democratic Party in Parliament. He has been Dean of the Faculty of Political Science at Thammasat University and a Distinguished Professor at John Hopkins University.
   
   
2. Dr. Abdulla Bin Saleh Al Khulaifi, Qatar
   Professor of Economics and former Chairman of the Constitution Commission of Qatar. He was earlier President of the University of Qatar. He has also been Assistant Secretary General for Economic Affairs of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
   
   
3. Dr. Mona Makram-Ebeid, Egypt
   Professor at American University at Cairo and former Member of Parliament. She is Chairperson, Education Development Society. She is a recipient of International Hall of Fame Award in 1998.
   
   
4. Amb. Abdel Raouf El Reedy, Egypt
   Chairperson of the Egyptian Council on Foreign Relations. He has been Egypt's Ambassador to United States.
   
   
5. Prof. Akiko Yamanaka, Japan

3. Hon. K. Jana Krishnamurthi
   Member of Parliament and former National President of Bharatiya Janata Party. He has been a cabinet minister in the Government of India.
   
   
4. Mrs. Prabha Rau
